BJP National President Shri Nitin Nabin on 31 January 2026 visited the construction site of the new BJP office being built at the Kadamba Plateau in Old Goa, and paid floral tributes at the memorials of revered Manohar Parrikar and revered Bhausaheb Bandodkar in Panaji. Thereafter, the National President addressed the Karyakartas’ Conference held in Panaji, Goa. Shri Nitin Nabin presented a comprehensive vision focused on development, good governance, and strengthening the organisation. Shri Nabin outlined Goa’s journey of development, BJP’s ideological commitment, the role of Party Karyakartas, and a clear roadmap for the upcoming 2027 elections. During the programme, Chief Minister Shri Pramod Sawant, Goa BJP State President Shri Damodar G. Naik and other leaders were present.
BJP National President said Goa today is moving steadily towards becoming a Viksit Rajya, emerging as self-reliant, sustainably developing, secure, and a source of inspiration. At such a time, to give a new dimension to Goa’s development, collective effort is required to strengthen not only the state’s development work but also individual working styles and the functioning of the organization. During the two-day visit, today’s meeting and programme were described as the most significant. This meeting is the most important because it includes the Sangathankartas whose strength and dedication have built the BJP into the massive organisation it is today.
This individual was none other than BJP Booth President, whose dedication has enabled the party to consistently move forward. All Booth Presidents and Mandal Teams were warmly congratulated, acknowledging them as the true strength of BJP.
Shri Nitin Nabin, while addressing the organizational meeting, urged party Karyakartas to intensify their efforts. With the 2027 elections approaching, the call was made to work across every region, whether it is Pernem in the north-west, Valpoi in the north-east, Canacona in the south-west, or Sanguem in the south-east. Every area requires focused and sustained engagement. Emphasis was placed on grassroots outreach, highlighting that strengthening the BJP depends on door-to-door contact and robust organizational work from the booth level to the block level. From Mandal to state units, organizational activities must be taken forward with cohesion working not in silos but in complete sync, moving ahead together with unity of purpose.
BJP National President concluded by calling upon the entire state leadership and the party organisation from the booth level upwards to begin preparations for the 2027 elections with renewed resolve, strengthening the organisation to build the government, building the government to shape society, and strengthening society to build a strong nation. He urged everyone to commit themselves wholeheartedly to the mission of making Goa a developed state.
