Hon’ble Bharatiya Janata Party National President and Union Minister Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji two public rallies in Goh (Aurangabad) and Patepur (Vaishali) and highlighted the unprecedented development works carried out in Bihar under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and Bihar Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar, while reminding people of the Jungle Raj during Lalu Yadav’s previous regime and strongly criticizing the Mahagathbandhan. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary, UP State Minister Shri Satish Sharma and several other leaders were present on the stage. Shri Nadda appealed to the public to make BJP candidate Shri Ranvijay Singh (Goh) and BJP candidate Shri Lakhendra Kumar Roshan (Patepur) victorious with a huge majority and form NDA government in Bihar once again with a huge majority.
Shri Nadda stated that Bihar is a land that has, since ancient times, made immense contributions in providing leadership to the nation and the world. It is the land of Chanakya, Aryabhata, and Lord Mahavira. The enthusiasm and energy of the people of Bihar reaffirm that they have made up their minds to ensure the victory of the NDA in this election. The stark contrast between the dark era of the past and today’s era of progress is clearly visible; one truly values light only after having witnessed darkness. This election in Bihar is a choice between the development led by the NDA and the destruction brought by the Mahagathbandhan. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar, the NDA government has been steering the state toward growth and prosperity. In contrast, during the tenure of the party now led by Tejashwi Yadav, Bihar only suffered ruin and regression.
Hon’ble BJP National President stated that in the last 20 years under the leadership of Shri Nitish Kumar, and over the past 11 years with the blessings of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Bihar has moved swiftly on the path of progress. From roads to railways, Bihar has been firmly placed on the track of development over the past two decades. The railway budget for Bihar has increased tenfold in the last ten years. Out of 44 Vande Bharat trains operating in the country, 26 originate from Bihar. Similarly, under the Amrit Bharat Express Service, around 26 trains start from Bihar, and 98 new railway stations are being developed under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, something unimaginable during Lalu Yadav’s regime. Lalu Yadav used to mock development by saying, “If roads are built, the police will come to catch me.” Tejashwi Yadav talks big about migration, but he should ask his father, who once remarked that “a Bihari leaves wearing a Gamcha and returns wearing a pant-suit,” such was Lalu Yadav’s so-called “respect” for the people of Bihar. Today, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, 12,000 trains are being run during Diwali and Chhath to help Biharis return home conveniently to celebrate the festivals. That is the light of progress, while Lalu’s era was the darkness of regression. This election is a battle between development and destruction.
Shri Nadda stated that the people of North Bihar have been cultivating Makhana for years, yet no government has ever cared about their concerns. Under the NDA government, the GST on Makhana was reduced from 12% to 5%, and a Makhana Board was established to promote its development. Similarly, the GST on Muzaffarpur’s famous Litchi was also brought down from 12% to 5%, making it more affordable for consumers. Talking about dairy products, he added that milk and paneer have been made GST-free. The Modi government has consistently prioritized the welfare of farmers and the poor, and today, farmers in Bihar are directly benefiting from these decisions. Madhubani’s paintings, Bhagalpur’s silk, and the Darbhanga–Amas Expressway, being constructed at a cost of ₹5,000 crore, are giving a new dimension to Bihar’s overall development.
Hon’ble BJP National President stated that under the Women Employment Scheme, arrangements have been made to connect 2.1 lakh women with self-employment opportunities. Shri Nitish Kumar has already undertaken several initiatives for girls’ education and empowerment, ranging from bicycle distribution to scholarships and other supportive measures. A new and progressive image of Bihar is being shaped at every level, and continuous efforts are being made to realize this vision. A grand development project worth ₹890 crore is underway to rejuvenate Maa Janaki’s Dham. While the Bhavya Ram Mandir has already been completed, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the Punoura Dham, believed to be Mata Sita’s birthplace, is also being restored with reverence. 8.7 crore people in Bihar are receiving free ration under the PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, and 25 crore people nationwide have now risen above the poverty line. People are directly benefiting from flagship schemes such as Ujjwala Yojana, Ujala Yojana, and Ayushman Bharat. In Bihar alone, 5.45 lakh beneficiaries have received free treatment up to ₹5 lakh under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. Through the Jal Jeevan Mission, 1.6 crore people are getting clean drinking water through household taps, while 47 lakh beneficiaries have been connected to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, 86 lakh farmers in Bihar are receiving ₹2,000 every three months, and Direct Benefit Transfers through Jan Dhan accounts are reaching the people efficiently. Roads have reached villages through the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, and highways and expressways are now linking Bihar’s remote areas, accelerating connectivity and development. Nearly five airports are operational in Bihar, and twelve new airports are being constructed. The construction of these airports is not merely about developing infrastructure but symbolizes Bihar’s growing connectivity with the nation and the world. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and the tireless efforts of Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar, Bihar is rapidly moving forward on the path of progress.
Shri Nadda strongly criticized the Mahagathbandhan, saying that neither Lalu Yadav nor Tejashwi Yadav has uttered a single word about their past misrule. They have not even apologized to the people of Bihar. Their intentions remain unchanged. By giving a ticket to Shahabuddin’s son in this election, Lalu Yadav has once again shown his eagerness to bring back the era of Gunda Raj. The Mahagathbandhan does not want Bihar’s development; they want to drag the state back into the gutter of corruption. The people of Bihar have not forgotten the days when the wife of an IAS officer was molested, when an IAS officer and District Magistrate were killed in broad daylight on the road, and when MP Shahabuddin used to chase and thrash police officers, even SPs, in public. Bihar has not forgotten those days when criminals violated the dignity of women, when kidnapping had become an industry, and when doctors, engineers, lawyers, and traders were all forced to flee the state. Today, when Tejashwi Yadav talks about migration, he should be ashamed. He should look back and understand the character and conduct of his father and mother, under whose regime Bihar witnessed the darkest era of governance. People could not step out of their homes after 3 PM, Naxal terror gripped the rural regions, and even in cities like Patna, no one dared to go out after 5 PM. It was Lalu Prasad Yadav who organized rallies like “Tel Pilawan, Lathiya Bhaajan” in Patna, where people were encouraged to soak their lathis in oil and swing them at Gandhi Maidan. When the Chief Minister himself promoted such rallies, it sent a clear and chilling message: that his government intended to instill fear and terror in the minds of ordinary citizens of Bihar.
Hon’ble BJP National President stated that Congress leader Ashok Gehlot has declared that Tejashwi Yadav will be their leader. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has stated that the Congress party is a parasitic party. This parasitic party attains power by depending on regional parties, clings to those it aligns with, sucks them dry, and then destroys them. Smt. Misa was present there, and it could be asked why she had been named Misa. She was named so because when she was born, Lalu Prasad Yadav was in jail, confined under MISA. The Congress government had imprisoned Lalu Yadav during the Emergency, and today Lalu Yadav is attempting to move forward with those very people. Such opportunists must be kept away from power.
Shri Nadda said that when members of the Congress Party come to seek votes from the public, the people will ask them why the Chief Minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy, had stated that “the DNA of the people of Telangana is superior to that of the people of Bihar.” He had used inappropriate words about Bihar. The Congress, which is part of the Mahagathbandhan, also includes Stalin’s party, whose MP Dayanidhi Maran insulted the people of Bihar by saying that “people from Bihar come to Tamil Nadu to clean streets and bathrooms.” These are the same people now coming to seek votes in Bihar. They are the ones who have repeatedly insulted Bihar’s dignity. Raj Thackeray had stated that “all Biharis are rapists,” and former Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Channi had stated that “these Biharis want to come here and rule, which is impossible.” Those who have repeatedly hurt Bihar’s honor are now boldly asking for votes from the people of the same Bihar.
Hon’ble BJP National President stated that these are the same people who, while seeking votes, are promising a job for every family. However, the question arises: how will these jobs be provided? Will land be exchanged for jobs? Or jobs exchanged for land? They talk about giving jobs in exchange for land. Now they claim to provide a job to every family. It is well-known how educated Tejashwi Yadav is. Providing one job each to 2.18 crore families would require ₹12 lakh crore, whereas Bihar’s total budget is only ₹3.17 lakh crore, which makes it impossible. This is exactly like the saying, “Na Nao Mann Tel Hoga, Na Radha Nachegi,” meaning this false promise can never be fulfilled. Tejashwi Yadav is merely trying to mislead the people. The Bihar election is a contest between development and destruction. The NDA government will continue to advance the path of development. Roads are not built for any one caste, trains do not run for people of a particular caste, bridges are not constructed for a single religion; they are for everyone. Hospitals are not open for any specific caste or religion. Schools are not meant for a single caste or religion. The education of daughters is arranged not for one caste but for the development of all. Therefore, with the mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas,” the NDA government is moving forward on the path of development.
Launching scathing attacks on RJD-Congress, Shri Nadda said that in RJD, ‘R’ stands for Rangdari, ‘J’ stands for Jungle Raj, and ‘D’ stands for Dadagiri. Their show of strength is different from their ability to deliver. Those who grab land in the name of jobs can they truly provide employment? Those who cannot respect mothers and sisters can ensure safety? Therefore, in this election, the people of Goh must elect the BJP candidate, Shri Ranvijay Kumar and the people of Patepur must elect the BJP candidate, Shri Lakhendra Kumar Raushan to once again form an NDA government in Bihar.
