‘Saradhyam Jan Sabha’ in Andhra Pradesh
BJP National President and Union Minister Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed the ‘Sardhyam Jan Sabha’ in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, on 14 September 2025, highlighting the unprecedented development works carried out in the state during the NDA’s tenure. Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and with the hard work of millions of dedicated Karyakartas, has been consistently engaged in serving the people and driving the nation forward at a rapid pace.
BJP National President Shri JP Nadda said after the formation of the NDA government, a new chapter of development began in Andhra Pradesh. This state, through the consistent efforts of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Chandrababu Naidu, is advancing rapidly on the path of development and paving the way for a golden future for Andhra Pradesh.
A new chapter in politics has begun
Earlier, political parties would come to power with manifestos, only to forget them within five years. No meaningful development took place. Politics was dominated by dynastic interests, corruption, casteism, and appeasement. But in the last 11 years, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, a new chapter in politics has begun. The nation is witnessing his work, experiencing the impact of his policies, and recognizing the culture of accountability he has introduced. Every worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party works with the conviction that we are the people who will take the nation forward, who will lead India towards becoming a developed nation, and for this, our guiding mantra remains ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas.’
BJP is the largest political party in the world
Shri Nadda said, the BJP has 14 crore members, out of which 2 crore are active members. The BJP has 240 Members of Parliament, around 1,560 MLAs, over 170 MLCs, hundreds of mayors, and thousands of district council chairpersons and members. The BJP is the largest representative political party in the world. Today, the NDA is in power in 20 states, and in 13 states, there are BJP governments in their pure form.
Self-Reliance defence ammunition
Shri Nadda said that whether in defence, economy, exports, or the manufacturing sector, India has made remarkable progress in every field. Today, India has achieved 88% self-reliance in ammunition, and defence exports have increased sevenfold. In terms of development, India has emerged as the pharmacy of the world in the pharmaceutical sector. The country has also made a big leap in mobile production, with 92% of mobile phones now manufactured domestically. This clearly reflects that under the leadership of Prime Minister India is leaving no stone unturned in driving growth across sectors.
Andhra Pradesh is moving towards light
Appealing to the party workers, Shri JP Nadda urged them to work across Andhra Pradesh with full enthusiasm and dedication. He said the people’s blessings are with the NDA, and will continue to be with it, and expressed confidence that in the coming days, the NDA will form a new government and serve the Telugu people of Andhra Pradesh with even greater commitment.
