As the date of polling is drawing closer for the elections of the legislative assembly of Delhi, the people are coming out in large numbers in support of BJP, expressing their immense faith in its programs and policies. The ‘BJP Sankalpa Patra’ has kindled a new hope among the masses who are suffering under the decade-long misrule of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in the NCT. The AAP government, which has become synonymous with corruption, the loot of public money, regressive policies, and betrayal of public trust, has seen its leader, Arvind Kejriwal, backstab the people with his false promises, failure on every front, and politics of the lowest level. While he faces corruption and bribery cases along with his many ministers, he has deprived the people of Delhi even from basic amenities, making life extremely tough for every section of the society in the capital city. The AAP government has led the people of Delhi to a decade of disaster, choking its development, worsening its infrastructure, and drastically affecting the poor and middle class by heavily reducing opportunities of livelihood for them. In such gloomy circumstances, the BJP Sankalp Patra shows a roadmap for Delhi by enumerating a large number of relief measures for every section of society and a futuristic vision that will equip it with world-class facilities.

The statement not only exposes the anti-democratic mindset of the Congress once again but also unmasks its sinister design against the constitutional institutions that power the nation in its journey ahead. BJP National President Shri JP Nadda has rightly said that such a statement shows that Rahul Gandhi and his ecosystem have close links with urban Naxals and the Deep State, which aim to defame, demean, and discredit India. even Pakistan has quoted them in their utterances against India. The recent statement of Rahul Gandhi should be seen in the context of his past utterances showing a pattern making it convenient for the forces uncomfortable with the rising global stature of India. It is highly unfortunate to note that the obsession of Congress leadership with power-centric politics has led them to pursue divisive and degenerative politics, making them incapable of seeing beyond their selfish political interests. In blind pursuit of power, the Congress has today no qualms in attacking constitutional institutions, including the judiciary, election commission, and parliament, while even undermining the sanctity of the constitution. Such an approach by the Congress leadership poses a grave danger to India’s democratic system.
The Congress now represents authoritarianism, dynastic politics, and corruption in Indian politics. It has not only become undemocratic but also shown its passion for dictatorship in the past. While it has sought to undermine the constitution on several occasions, it has even humiliated and insulted Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar while refusing to recognise his services to the nation. Today, when the government is following the path shown by Babasaheb under the visionary and dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Congress leadership is engaged in defaming and discrediting the remarkable achievements of India. As the mantra of ‘Viksit Bharat’ has become a driving force for aspirational India, the Congress is seeking to create disruptions through its divisive agenda. As the world today acknowledges the emergence of a new India, the guiding principles of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, Sabka Vishwas’ are uniting the people for the goals of ‘Viksit Bharat.’
