BJP National President’s Rally in Tamil Nadu
BJP National President Shri Nitin Nabin addressed a massive public meeting in Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu on 12 April, 2026 and accused the DMK government of corruption, dynastic politics, and misgovernance, and strongly criticized it over rising crime and the spread of drugs in the state. Prior to this, Hon’ble BJP National President hold a massive roadshow in Sattur. The roadshow witnessed an overwhelming turnout, with a sea of saffron flags fluttering at every corner, signaling a massive wave of support for the BJP.
BJP National President stated that elections are being held in five states across the country, including Tamil Nadu, and there is a wave in favor of the NDA everywhere. DMK and Congress governments in Tamil Nadu have only engaged in corruption and have forced the poor people of the state into deeper hardship. In this election, the people of Tamil Nadu should uproot such a government.
Under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, houses are being provided to the poor under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and more than 3 crore houses have been built so far, including over 13 lakhs in Tamil Nadu. It is unfortunate that the state leadership and leaders of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam are not concerned about providing housing to the poor but are instead focused on building palatial homes for themselves. He emphasized that if anyone is truly concerned about ensuring housing for the poor, it is Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi .
