Karyakarta Sameelan at Rohtak, Haryana
BJP National President and Union Minister Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda inaugurated the ‘Karyakarta Sammelan’ in Rohtak, Haryana on 19 September, 2024.
Addressed the huge gathering of karyakartas Shri Nadda said this is an election to maintain the pace of development of the state and to give further impetus to development. The opposition parties divided the society and spread hatred in the society.
What was the condition of Haryana before BJP government ?
Shri Nadda said that many youth present here would not know that what was the condition of Haryana before the BJP government was formed? Because at that time they would be children. They would not know what kind of roads were there in Haryana earlier. There were potholes instead of roads. There was no electricity in the villages. There was no water for irrigation in the fields. They may not know that Haryana had an image of getting government jobs on the basis of slips and expenses (Parchi-Kharchi). Before the BJP government was formed, there was a government of a particular class and the youth of that particular class used to get jobs.
Shri Nadda said that ten years ago in Haryana, no leader used to present the report card of his work before the people. The model was adopted is pitted people against each other on the basis of caste, promoted nepotism, benefited one’s own people.
The BJP National President said that previously Haryana has the per capita income 1.37 lakh rupees annually and today the per capita income 3 lakh rupees annually, which is about two and a half times higher. Ten years ago, Haryana used to export goods worth Rs 68 thousand crore and today Haryana is exporting goods worth Rs 2.5 lakh crore. Ten years ago, Haryana had 7 medical colleges and today there are 15 medical colleges. There is now a medical college in every district of Haryana. There used to be 700 MBBS seats in Haryana and today there are 2185 MBBS seats, the number of seats has more than tripled. Ten years ago in 2014, 538 villages of the state used to get electricity and today 5800 villages get 24-hour electricity. Shri Nadda said that ten years ago, farmers got Rs 1,158 crore for crop compensation and today in the BJP government, farmers are being given Rs 1,25,00 crore.
He said the previous Congress government used to give MSP to farmers for only 8 crops and today the BJP government is giving MSP on 24 crops in the state and, BJP will continue this in future as well.
2 lakh youth will be given government jobs
The BJP National President said that when the BJP government will be formed in Haryana, two lakh youth will be given government jobs without any slip, without any expense. Under the Lado Laxmi Yojana, all women will be given Rs 2100 per month. Under the Agniveer Yojana, every youth of Haryana recruited in the army will be given a government job.
Shri Nadda said that Bharatiya Janata Party is the only party which is cadre based and have ideology. What kind of parties are other parties- in which there is a leader but there is no intention. If there is intention then there is no policy. If there is a leader then there is no program. If there is a program then there are no party workers.
Shri Nadda said Congress and AAP are seen together in Delhi and separately fighting elections in Haryana. Can Kejriwal and Congress ever be trusted?
