Earlier, upon the arrival of Shri Nitin Nabin at Patna Airport, he was accorded a grand welcome by Bihar BJP State President Shri Sanjay Saraogi along with senior party office bearers and thousands of Karyakartas.

Inaugurating a special exhibition during the Patna Mahanagar Prashikshan Varg, Shri Nabin said that the exhibition not only showcases the saga of struggle, dedication, and sacrifice of great party Karyakartas who devoted their entire lives to strengthening the organization, but also effectively presents the public welfare initiatives, achievements, and transformative work carried out over the past 12 years under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, along with the developmental efforts undertaken by the double-engine government in Bihar.

Development Journey of the BJP

The BJP National President, while addressing party Karyakartas on the topic “History, Ideological Foundation and Development Journey of the BJP” during the training session, said that the journey of the BJP is not merely the story of the expansion of a political party, but a historic journey of nationalism, cultural consciousness, service, struggle, and the resolve to deliver development to the last person in society. The ideological foundation of the BJP is rooted in the nationalist vision of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee and the philosophy of Integral Humanism propounded by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya. The BJP’s core objective is not the attainment of power, but to place national interest above all else and ensure development and dignity reach the last person in society. From the Bharatiya Jana Sangh established in 1951 to the BJP emerging today as the world’s largest political organization, this journey has been the result of struggle, dedication, and the tireless commitment of its Karyakartas. Despite limited resources and numerous challenges during its initial years, party Karyakartas never compromised on ideology and worked relentlessly to take the organization and its principles to the masses.

Towards national interest

Shri Nabin, while referring to the period of the Emergency, said that thousands of nationalist Karyakartas struggled and went to jail to protect democracy, but never abandoned their commitment towards national interest and democratic values. The politics of the BJP has always been based on principles. According to him, the BJP’s greatest strength is its dedicated cadre of Karyakartas. In the BJP, even a booth-level Karyakartas is regarded as the backbone of the organization, and it is this Karyakarta-centric culture that gives the party a distinct identity from other political parties. Under the leadership of the BJP, India is rapidly moving forward in the direction of development, good governance, and self-reliance. Welfare of the poor, women empowerment, opportunities for youth, infrastructure development, digital transformation, and strengthening India’s global identity have remained the priorities of BJP governments.

Understand the history, ideology, and organizational culture of the BJP

The BJP National President called upon party Karyakartas to recognize that the training session is not merely a medium for acquiring information, but an opportunity to further strengthen ideological conviction, organizational capability, and the resolve for national service. Shri Nabin urged Karyakartas to understand the history, ideology, and organizational culture of the BJP and take these values to the people. The BJP’s politics is not limited to elections alone, but is connected with the resolve to build a developed, self-reliant, and prosperous India.

Shri Nabin appealed to the Karyakartas to strengthen the organization and work with the spirit of “Nation First,” stating that, “The journey of the BJP is not a journey to attain power, but a journey of national service. It is a journey from struggle to success. It is a journey of the strength of a Karyakarta-based organization and the resolve for nation-building.” In conclusion, the National President called upon all Karyakartas to take the organization’s ideology to every section of society and play an active role in the construction of a Viksit Bharat.
