What was the main objective of organizing the Prashikshan Mahabhiyan in Bhubaneswar?
The District Prashikshan Mahabhiyan was organized in Jatni, Khordha district, with the objective of strengthening interpersonal relationships among Karyakartas, promoting teamwork and further strengthening the organization and unity of the party in the district.
How many workers got training in your district?
A total of 237 party Karyakartas from Bhubaneswar district got training through this initiative.
How was the list of speakers for the training camp prepared?
The list of speakers was finalized after discussions among the state office bearers. Speakers were assigned topics based on their expertise, experience, and areas of interest to ensure effective and meaningful training sessions.
What arrangements were made at the Training Camp?
Comprehensive arrangements were made for the successful conduct of the two days programme. Transportation was provided from the state office to the training place. Separate accommodation facilities were arranged for male and female participants. Proper arrangements for refreshments, meals, and other essential amenities were ensured throughout the programme. A dedicated management committee was formed to oversee all arrangements and ensure smooth execution.

On the first day of the District Training Camp, detailed discussions were held on party expansion, the development of karyakartas, understanding our extended organizational family, and strengthening the party’s presence in both traditional media and social media platforms. On the second day, sessions focused on the various pro-poor welfare schemes and developmental initiatives of the Central and State Governments.
What message did the BJP National President convey through this program?
The BJP National President Shri Nitin Nabin called upon the karyakartas to strengthen the organization at the booth level and maintain continuous contact with the people. Emphasizing grassroots empowerment, he urged all Karyakartas to build a strong and vibrant organizational structure from “Panchayat to Parliament”.
