BJP National President’s Karnataka Pravas
The BJP National President, Shri Nitin Nabin participated in a series of high-level organisational meetings and engaged in extensive dialogues with senior party leaders and Karyakartas during his visit to Bengaluru, Karnataka on 24 May 2026. Shri Nabin paid a courtesy visit to senior BJP leader and former Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri BS Yeddyurappa, and offered prayers at the historic Shri Kadu Malleshwara Swamy Temple. He also chaired the Karnataka BJP Core Committee meeting, leading comprehensive discussions on strengthening the organisation at the grassroots, ensuring active cadre engagement, and formulating the blueprint for upcoming party programmes. Launching a scathing attack on the Congress government in Karnataka, the National President said that the ruling party’s internal conflicts and political selfishness have resulted in a gross neglect of public welfare, which is a direct betrayal of the people’s mandate.
During his visit to the senior BJP leader and former Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri BS Yeddyurappa, Shri Nitin Nabin extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to him for completing 50 golden years in public life and for his unwavering dedication to public welfare. Shri Nabin emphasised that Shri Yeddyurappa has made an invaluable contribution toward expanding the Party and fortifying its organisational structure in Karnataka. His lifelong commitment to nationalist ideology and public service continues to serve as a profound inspiration for generations of Karyakartas.
BJP training camps
Shri Nabin also addressed an extensive organisational meeting attended by party MPs, MLAs, MLCs, State Office Bearers, Morcha State Presidents and General Secretaries, along with Convenors of the State Media, social media, and IT Departments, Division and District in charges, District Presidents, and members of the State Prashikshan Team. The session facilitated in-depth deliberations on fortifying the organisation across all levels, enhancing inter-unit coordination, ensuring robust cadre participation, and finalising the strategic roadmap for upcoming organisational initiatives and mass outreach campaigns in Karnataka. Following this, Shri Nitin Nabin chaired the Karnataka BJP Core Committee meeting to thoroughly review the ongoing organisational activities and training programmes being executed across the state. He noted that training camps are being successfully organised in various districts nationwide, and the BJP organisation in Karnataka is proactively expanding its footprint through its continuous campaigns and grassroots activities.
Congress govt. betrayed the trust of masses
Directing his criticism at the Congress government in Karnataka, the National President stated that over the past three years, the state administration has only deceived the public and betrayed their trust. The relentless internal supremacy battles within the ruling establishment have completely sidelined developmental and public welfare initiatives. He highlighted that the current Karnataka government has entirely disconnected from the aspirations of the masses, with its leaders blatantly misusing power to fulfil their personal and political ambitions rather than serving the people.
Shri Nitin Nabin asked all BJP Karyakartas to empower the organisation at every level and continue working with absolute devotion and commitment to materialise the vision of building a Viksit Bharat under the visionary leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi.
