The assembly elections, spread over two phases on November 6 and 11, will see people exercising their voting rights to once again elect NDA government with massive mandate. The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) comprising of Bharatiya Janata party (BJP), Jananta Dal United (JDU), Lok Jan Shakti Party (Ramvilas), Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) and Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM), is showing remarkable cohesion, understanding and clarity of the purpose and vision while seeking people’s mandate once again. The people are responding overwhelming by attending the massive public rallies of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi along with Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar, BJP National President & Union Minister Shri JP Nadda and Union Home & Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah and other senior leaders of the alliance. The kind of fervor and support people are extending to NDA candidates and the way they are attending public rallies and participating in the campaign in huge numbers, seems clear that NDA is far ahead in the Bihar elections.

It is to be noted that the NDA’s transformational development record has liberated

While Bihar is marching ahead with the dream of ‘Viksit Bihar’, the vision and charisma of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is creating a new aspiration, hope and trust in the mind of the people of Bihar

Bihar from the dark era of ‘Jungle Raj’ to the path of good governance, development and unprecedented progress. When NDA was blessed by people and Shri Nitish Kumar assumed office of the Chief Minister in 2005, Bihar was synonymous with ‘Jungle Raj’ representing acute lawlessness, appalling underdevelopment, and complete administrative collapse. The state had the highest crime rates, deteriorating infrastructure, and was ranked at the bottom of most development indices by national and international institutions and agencies.

The first and foremost achievement in the then prevailing circumstances was the restoration of law and order, establishment of effective governance systems and development-oriented policies which transformed Bihar from a state where citizens feared venturing out after sunset to one where the 2025 elections will be conducted in just two phases—a testament to improved security conditions. While Bihar’s road network has witnessed massive expansion, the double-engine government has prioritized connectivity with new airports, railway infrastructure and its modernization with many new rail lines, introduction of Vande Bharat Express, multiple thermal power projects which are enhancing Bihar’s prospects while transforming its every sector. Apart from revolutionizing education sector with many innovative schemes, medical colleges and IIMs, special focus on education, skill development, women reservations in local bodies have resulted in a unique example of ‘Women led Development’ in the state. A large number of welfare schemes including ‘Saat Nishchay’ are transforming lives in every nook and corner of the state.

While people have not yet forgotten the dark days of ‘Jungle Raj’ and multiple scams of Lalu-Rabri days, the opposition alliance, suffers from severe contradictions and seat-sharing disaster. The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has aptly described the RJD led alliance as ‘Mahalathbandhan’ comprising of ‘Atak Dal’, ‘Latak Dal’, ‘Bhatak Dal’, ‘Jhatak Dal’ and ‘Patak Dal’. While Bihar is marching ahead with the dream of ‘Viksit Bihar’, the vision and charisma of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is creating a new aspiration, hope and trust in the mind of the people of Bihar. The last twenty years of NDA rule under the Chief Ministership of Shri Nitish Kumar and last eleven years of remarkable development and progress under PM Shri Narendra Modi has given a new confidence and trust about the bright and vibrant future of the state. As people are prepared to bless NDA government again overwhelmingly in the elections, NDA is set to form government in Bihar again.
