PM congratulates Bhavina Patel on winning Silver medal at Paralympics Games

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated Bhavina Patel on winning Silver medal in Table Tennis at Paralympics Games in Tokyo.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;
